Sanitation and Cleanliness: We are regularly disinfecting our facility and ensuring that door handles, counters and commonly touched surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected every few hours. Our lobby has antibacterial hand gel available for both the employees and customers and we have asked our staff to refrain from handshakes and to keep their distance. In order to cut down on paper exchange, we are emailing credit card receipts and paid invoices. All vehicle keys and customer property will be disinfected upon arrival, as well as when the technicians are finished working.

Our mobile technicians have been set up with supplies to take with them, to ensure that our mobile fleet vehicles stay clean and sanitized, and to ensure that they have the ability to keep their hands clean at all times. They are also equipped with masks and gloves.

Team Member Health: We are encouraging our employees to practice frequent hand hygiene and asking any employees who exhibit symptoms to remain home and to see their physician, if needed. All employees are wearing gloves when handling customer property and we are practicing social distancing in the workplace.
