As our valued customer, we appreciate the trust that you put in us to handle all of your repair needs and we want to let you know that we are deemed an essential business and that we are following the guidance of government and health authorities to ensure safety for our customers and employees.<\/p>\n

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people that have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate all of the people that are on the front line working to contain the virus.<\/p>\n

The McDowells team is closely monitoring the situation and we have precautions and guidelines in place to help ensure a clean workplace for our employees, as well as a healthy environment for our customers that interact with us daily.<\/p>\n

Upon arriving to our lobby, you will see signs and tape to direct you where to stand, in order to maintain distance from each other and from our employees. Please adhere to the guidelines to ensure everyone\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n

Sanitation and Cleanliness:<\/strong> We are regularly disinfecting our facility and ensuring that door handles, counters and commonly touched surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected every few hours. Our lobby has antibacterial hand gel available for both the employees and customers and we have asked our staff to refrain from handshakes and to keep their distance. In order to cut down on paper exchange, we are emailing credit card receipts and paid invoices. All vehicle keys and customer property will be disinfected upon arrival, as well as when the technicians are finished working.<\/p>\n

Our mobile technicians have been set up with supplies to take with them, to ensure that our mobile fleet vehicles stay clean and sanitized, and to ensure that they have the ability to keep their hands clean at all times. They are also equipped with masks and gloves.<\/p>\n

Team Member Health:<\/strong> We are encouraging our employees to practice frequent hand hygiene and asking any employees who exhibit symptoms to remain home and to see their physician, if needed. All employees are wearing gloves when handling customer property and we are practicing social distancing in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The McDowells team is prepared to take any payments over the phone, if needed and we are already equipped to do estimates through our website and through email. <\/p>\n
